Does technology upgrade human life?
Nowadays, technology
is used in every aspect of life. From spaceships to kitchen of the house. Step
by step, technology has been disappearing works which were fundamental in our life,
also, helping in tasks which requires time and energy. Why? Because technology development
changes the world needs. Because of the globalization, the world must implement
new technologies who can be adaptive to new life’s model. It is obvious that
technology improves human life, but it is necessary to establish limits in the
way information is used and accessed.
According
to Bill Gates, for an interview in Forbes he declared the following: "AI
is as promising and dangerous as nuclear energy." Technology has impacted
the world of work, created new jobs but also disappeared others. According to
Alejandro Melamed in his book 'The future of work and the work of the future':
"Machines will take over jobs based on repetitive activities, but it does
not seem, even remotely, that they are going to eliminate the need for human
work in greater than in the past 150 years. And that is the problem with
technology, it is growing in expansion, and we adapt to it. But it should be
the opposite, technology must adapt to the needs of the world. Things that
before seemed absurd to us, today are essential.
Overall,
technology is something that if not used and developed carefully can cause
serious affectations in our lives.

I think that technology becomes positive because it helps us a lot nowadays and makes a lot of things easier but I agree with you that it can become very dangerous if it is not implemented carefully because really with artificial intelligence we humans are left "small" and this could take us out in seconds.
